La Societe d’Administration CASCO Inc. is a reliable and friendly compagny. We strive to stay close to our tenants and are always available and in tune to their needs. We manage 9 apartement buildings in the Montreal and Westmount areas. The majority of CASCO apartment buildings are owned by The Gustav Levinschi Foundation. Since 1967 the foundation has funded more than 1.2 $ million in projects at the Douglas Hospital and has over a 20 year relationship with Ste-Justine Hospital as well as with various other organisations and hospitals. Mr. Levinschi died in 1985 at the age of 89, and to this day the foundation is still run by Mr. Levinschi’s family.
